- Design and arrange floral displays for various occasions.
- Assist customers with selecting flowers and plants.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain shop cleanliness.
- Stay updated on floral trends and techniques.
- Prepare and deliver floral arrangements for events and occasions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; however, knowledge of floral design is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in floral arrangements and customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in floral design, customer interaction, and creative problem-solving.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, requiring teamwork and flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
