Description
- Recruit and manage clients
- Providing financing to clients to help them grow their businesses
- Developing new client relationships
- Managing existing client relationships through daily group meetings
- Handling loan disbursements, collections, and documentation
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Data Analysis, Financial Reporting, and General Accounting practices.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, support process improvement initiatives, and assist in financial reporting.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
