Description
- Manage billing operations and processes.
- Supervise billing staff and coordinate their activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients.
- Review and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and sales, to streamline processes.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in billing or finance roles, often requiring several years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in billing software and financial systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
