Job Title: Field Sales Acquisition Supervisor

Role Overview:

The Field Sales Acquisition Supervisor will be responsible for leading, training, and developing a team of field acquisition agents to achieve customer acquisition targets. This role is highly field-based, requiring hands-on supervision, daily productivity monitoring, and proactive strategy planning to drive performance and improve operational efficiency.

The Supervisor will be the main driver of field execution, ensuring that each agent is equipped, motivated, and aligned with company goals while continuously identifying ways to optimize field operations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Team Management
  • Supervise daily activities of field acquisition agents, including scheduled and surprise field visits.
  • Conduct regular agent coaching, ride-alongs, and onsite support to improve pitch delivery, lead handling, and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and field discipline of agents.
  • Agent Training and Development
  • Conduct onboarding and continuous training sessions for new and existing agents.
  • Ensure agents are equipped with updated spiels, acquisition techniques, and customer handling strategies.
  • Provide feedback and real-time corrections during fieldwork to improve sales conversations.
  • Performance Management
  • Track and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly agent performance based on acquisition metrics.
  • Analyze individual and team productivity to identify underperforming areas and implement corrective action plans.
  • Motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed acquisition targets.
  • Strategy and Field Execution
  • Develop field activation plans and territory strategies based on foot traffic, lead density, and historical data.
  • Identify market opportunities, emerging risks, and propose new initiatives to maximize field performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support field activities (e.g., booth placements, promo campaigns).
  • Reporting and Communication
  • Submit accurate daily and weekly reports on acquisition numbers, field observations, and customer feedback.
  • Escalate major field concerns and recommend solutions to management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales field supervision or customer acquisition management.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use data for performance improvement.
  • Willing to be highly mobile and spend the majority of time in field locations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or field tracking tools is a plus.

  • Acquisition Target Achievement
  • % of monthly customer acquisition targets achieved (team and individual agent performance).
  • Agent Productivity
  • Average number of sign-ups per agent per day/week.
  • Quality of Acquisition
  • % of sign-ups that pass validation checks or activation standards.
  • Agent Training and Development
  • % of new hires reaching productivity benchmarks within the onboarding period.
  • Number of coaching sessions conducted per month.
  • Field Execution
  • % adherence to daily field schedules and assigned territories.
  • Number of surprise field audits conducted and corrective actions applied.
  • Customer Feedback and Satisfaction
  • Number of customer complaints/feedback related to acquisition activities.
