Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide information about products and services over the phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and build rapport through effective communication.
- Document interactions and feedback in the customer service database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in a relevant field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
