Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service, scheduling, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, account management, technical skills, and call center experience
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential for shift work
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptable, communicative, patient, and solution-oriented
