- A Spanish Bilingual Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues through calls, emails, or chats in both Spanish and English.
- They assist clients with account concerns, billing, troubleshooting, and other service-related matters while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- This role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to effectively address customer needs and maintain high service quality.
- Work Setup: Onsite - Cebu
- Salary: 50,000 - 80,000
Requirements
- College graduate
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Spanish Bilingual Agent
- Standard CSR experience is acceptable with a background in Spanish support
- Must be available to start immediately
