  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist customers with product information and order processing.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Document interactions in the company’s CRM system accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
  • Account: Banking
  •  At least 6 months BPO experience

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers via phone, address complaints, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting
