About the Job

As a Customer Service Associate for our Wireless & Broadband Services account in Carmona, you’ll be the friendly face that guides new members through a smooth, stress-free onboarding. From setting up accounts to answering questions, you’ll ensure they’re hooked up with top-tier service from day one.


What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone

• Assist with product features, queries, and sales information

• Offer support for renewals, refunds, and objections to retain customers

• Transfer calls to the appropriate department when needed

• Deliver clear product and service information to customers

Requirements

You’re the Perfect Fit If You:

• Have 6+ months of sales or 1+ year of customer service experience

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication

• Are proficient in MS Office and basic computer functions

• Understand operating systems, browsers, and technical issues

• Have a strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills

• Can adapt to client tools and internal systems

• Are familiar with end-user services on the phone system
