- Provide excellent customer service via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and document interactions.
- Assist clients in navigating healthcare plans, policies, and benefits.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and facilities to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Resolve healthcare-related inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare trends and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least High/Senior High School Grad
- Experience Level: At least 6 months and above experience preferred in customer service or call center environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, proficiency in English, and experience in call center operations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for extended hours, and consistent interaction with customers via phone and email.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping customers.
