Description
- Verify customer information and financial background for credit applications.
- Conduct investigations into applicants’ credit history, employment, and financial standing.
- Analyze risk and recommend approvals or rejections based on findings.
- Maintain accurate records of investigations and decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to support smooth transactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance, business, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in credit assessment or financial investigations, preferably in automotive or motorcycle sales.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
