  • Conduct investigations to assess the creditworthiness of individuals or businesses.
  • Review financial records, credit reports, and other documents to verify information.
  • Analyze data to identify potential risks or discrepancies in credit applications.
  • Interview applicants or third parties to gather additional information.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on findings.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and credit policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in using credit reporting tools and software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interview skills.
  • Knowledge of credit laws and financial regulations.
  • Previous experience in credit investigation or a similar role (preferred).
