Requirements

- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills; proficiency in construction software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee construction projects, ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage budgets, and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Working Conditions: Primarily on-site in various weather conditions, requiring physical stamina.
