- Oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD, AFES, and strong project management capabilities.
- Working Conditions: On-site presence, potential overtime, and versatile work environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
