Machine setup: Loading raw materials, installing cutting tools, aligning fixtures, and setting machine parameters according to blueprints and work instructions.
Program execution: Loading CNC programs, monitoring machine operation, making adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and quality.
Quality control: Inspecting finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions, reporting issues to maintenance personnel.
Maintenance: Performing basic cleaning and lubrication of CNC machines.
Reading blueprints: Interpreting engineering drawings to understand part dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements.
Data entry: Recording production information, such as cycle times and scrap rates.

Mechanical aptitude: understanding of machine mechanics and basic machining principles.
Experience on operating machine: CNC router machine and CNC fiber Laser machine
CNC programming knowledge: Ability to read and interpret CNC programs, and potentially modify simple programs.
Precision measurement skills: Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
Attention to detail: Ability to consistently produce high-quality parts with tight tolerances.
Basic computer skills: Familiarity with machine control interfaces and data entry.
Computer software: Auto cad drawings, Sketch up modelling
