- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat.
- Assist customers with product-related issues and troubleshoot solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product features and updates.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in chat support or similar roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong customer-oriented skills, project management abilities, and experience in content moderation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide timely chat support, manage customer inquiries, moderate content, and assist in project tasks.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with flexible hours; may require weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, patience, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
