- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with inventory restocking as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a cashier role or customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, effective communication, and proficiency in customer relationship management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle transactions, assist customers, maintain a clean workspace, and address customer inquiries.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods, and flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
