Description
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document interactions and maintain customer records.
- Meet performance metrics and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: At least 6 months of Call Center Experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and excellent people skills.
