Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assist with order processing and tracking.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High School/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students with no prior experience necessary.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a team player mentality.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment requiring flexibility in shifts.
