Description
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing calls efficiently, and maintaining records.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a commitment to team goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent customer service, effective problem-solving, strong scheduling abilities, and technical skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment; may involve long hours sitting at a desk.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, adaptability, team player, and a positive attitude.
