Description
- Assist customers via phone, providing information and resolving inquiries.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate assistance.
- Document interactions in the customer relationship management system.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Meet performance metrics for call quality and response time.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, exceptional customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent people skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, adaptable, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
