- Manage incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.

- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, may require shift work.
