Description
- Assist customers by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Manage high call volumes while maintaining quality service.
- Document interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the English language, ability to deliver effective sales pitches, and close sales.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and secure sales.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with possible remote work options; shifts may vary.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, persuasive, customer-oriented, and a team player.
