- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language communication, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with call center operations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential for shift work and extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
