Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in meat processing or butchery.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cutting, trimming, and preparing meat; knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with refrigeration; may involve heavy lifting.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent customer service skills.
