Our client, a leading name in the high-end clothing industry, is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to oversee sales operations and ensure premium customer experience. The role will be based in their Mandaluyong office, with regular store visits to ensure consistent execution of sales and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise sales teams to achieve targets while maintaining a luxury brand standard
• Conduct store visits to monitor performance, merchandising, and compliance with company standards
• Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities
• Prepare and present performance reports to management
• Address escalated customer concerns with professionalism and poise

Requirements

• College graduate is a plus, but strong supervisory experience may be considered in place of a degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in retail (fashion/clothing experience highly preferred)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to conduct regular store visits (approximately 3 times per week)
