Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to her subordinates by providing excellent customer service, offering product information, recommendations, and answers to customer queries.
• Leads in maintaining and growing the clientele base through excellent customer service, active engagement, and regular communication with customers
• Initiate the staff to hit monthly sales targets by conducting upselling and cross-selling of products
• Process sales transactions.
• Guiding the staff in maintaining inventory and keeping of the sales floor organized, clean, and comfortable.
• Ensure customers are well-informed about current sales, rewards programs, and store return policies.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate
• With at least 5 years of retail experience. Experience in the cigar industry or handling a luxury men's brand is a plus.
• With a strong understanding of sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
• Goal-oriented and can work with minimum supervision
• Willing to be assigned in NEWPORT / BGC or COD shifting schedules with a six (6) day work schedule.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.
