About the Role

The Remote Customer Success Associate is the primary point of contact for clients post-purchase, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle. This role combines customer support, account management, and proactive engagement to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention.


The ideal candidate excels at resolving support tickets and customer inquiries, while building strong client relationships, reducing churn, and driving customer advocacy and referrals—all in a fully remote, 100% work-from-home environment that offers flexibility and autonomy to deliver exceptional results from anywhere.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-purchase, managing service requests, warranty cases, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely resolution. Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience while driving satisfaction, retention, and long-term client success.
  • Enhancing Customer Experience: Apply strong product knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and recommend effective solutions, including relevant accessories, upgrades, or complementary products that enhance the overall customer experience and drive product adoption.
  • Referral & Retention Programs: Leverage experience in managing customer referral and retention programs, while executing targeted engagement initiatives to drive repeat business, strengthen customer loyalty, and reduce churn.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in the CRM system and prepare weekly reports on service activity, customer engagement, and referral generation to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or other related field

  • Experience in premium consumer goods, interior/lifestyle products, or hospitality solutions is an advantage
