  • Responsible for after-sales support via the online customer service chat tool;
  • Handle a portion of email and telephone customer service;
  • Provide timely and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries to enhance after-sales service satisfaction;
  • Record and consolidate customer questions, needs, and feedback, and collect related issues for reporting;
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
  • Prior experience in English customer service is a plus;
  • Associate degree or above; computer literate and proficient in Office software for spreadsheets and document editing;
  • Excellent communication skills and patience; able to collaborate effectively with partners or customers of various styles and personalities;
  • Dependable, responsible, service-oriented, with basic training skills and capabilities;
  • Strong learning ability, capable of continuously acquiring knowledge of the company’s various software and hardware products;
  • The company specializes in video surveillance cameras; candidates with 3C camera customer service experience are preferred.

Work schedule: rotational shifts; six days off per month on an alternating full/half-week basis;

Working hours (Beijing Time):

Early night shift: 20:00–04:00;

Late night shift: 03:00–11:00;
