Description
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document management
- Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and company events
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed
- Coordinate with different departments to support operational needs
- Perform general office duties and provide support to management and staff
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
