Managing office supplies (placing orders and monitoring inventory)
Handling petty cash
Preparing weekly reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintaining and updating company databases and office policies
Making accommodations, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel
Scheduling external as well as in-house events
Distributing and storing correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, and packages)
Booking meeting rooms when needed
Accommodating clients’ and employees' queries in a timely manner
Coordinating and maintaining client databases (loan requirements and records)
Liaising with government agencies for compliances
Organizing an efficient filing system for maintaining confidential and important company documents
Performing other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, HRM, Accounting, or related fields
Additional certifications in office systems, records management, or HR are a plus
2–5 years of experience in administrative support, clerical roles, or office coordination
Prior experience in handling confidential records, procurement, or budget tracking is highly valued
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, filing systems)
Basic knowledge of payroll systems, government forms (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and DOLE documentation
