Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Maintain filing systems and databases with accuracy.
- Handle communication with clients and stakeholders professionally.
- Perform data entry and manage office supplies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong help desk skills, effective written communication, and time management.
