Description
- Handling concerns and inquiries of clients
- Coordinate and evaluate housing units with discrepancy and need repairs
- Monitor all units that are legible for move-in
- Monitor tank operators and workers with their payroll
- Assist during turn over and ocular of units
- Follow up JO to the Engineering Department
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions
- Assist the Department in other tasks and follow additional orders from the Department Heads
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in using MS Office applications
- With good communication skills & customer service experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previously worked in a real estate experience is an advantage
