Description
- Prepare and maintain financial records and statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning.
- Utilize accounting software for efficient reporting.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant is required
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CPA practices, reconciliations, financial analysis, QuickBooks, and general ledger accounting.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with typical business hours; may involve overtime during tax season.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and possess strong communication skills.
