Description
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulations
- Analyze financial data and trends
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with team members on financial projects
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Requirements
- Job Title: Property Accountant
- Educational Qualifications: "Graduate of BS in Accountancy or Accounting Technology.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Financial Statements, General Ledger, and Statement Preparation; expertise in accounting software such as SAP and QuickBooks; strong communication (written and verbal); knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Payable; reconciliation and billing skills.
- Working Conditions: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with Saturday (5.5 days per week)
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, capable of working under pressure, and effective communicator.
