Description
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients to support product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term success.
- Serve as a customer advocate by capturing and channeling client feedback to Product and Development teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Accounting, Product, and Channel teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
- Oversee onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and achievement of expected MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue).
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, renewal, and upgrade revenue through increased product adoption.
- Provide strategic account management to drive client engagement and product value realization.
- Accurately manage CRM (HubSpot) and other systems to ensure real-time data visibility for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor industry and market trends to provide insights and strategic guidance to clients.
- Share best practices and continuously improve internal processes and client success methodologies.
- Become an expert in the company’s F&B and Retail software solutions to effectively educate and support clients.
Requirements
- Open to any course (preferably degree in Business Management, or related fields.)
- Two positions available Senior and Junior Level:
- Senior Level: At least two (2) years experience in client success, account management, customer service, or a related customer-facing role (SaaS or tech company experience).
- Junior Level: No experience required but knowledge in SaaS or tech company is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; can think strategically and act tactically
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Technical teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce; confident in maintaining accurate data
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Tech-savvy and eager to become an expert in Mosaic’s products and solutions
- Self-motivated with a positive, customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
- Knowledge of the F&B, retail, or entertainment industries is a plus
