About the role

• Worldlink Recruitment & Placement Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Forklift Operator (Reach Truck) to join our team in Cupang,
• Muntinlupa City. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of reach trucks to load, unload and move materials and goods within our modern warehouse facility.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate reach trucks to move, stack and retrieve goods and materials as required
• Ensure all goods are transported and stored in the designated locations
• Perform pre-operational checks on reach trucks and report any maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate records of all goods movements and inventory levels
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Provide support to the wider warehouse team as needed

What we're looking for:

• Must have at least 6 months experience in operating Reach Truck Forklift
• With NCII Certification and Driver's License A,A1 or 12
• Previous experience as a Forklift Operator, ideally with Crown and Yale brands
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
• Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organizational skills
