We are hiring experienced and customer-oriented individuals to join our Telco Account team. As a CSR, you will handle voice-based customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and provide excellent support for telecommunications services.


Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate or K-12 Graduate
  • At least 6 months of Voice Call Center experience required (Voice Only)
  • Highly preferred: 1 year of CCE (Customer Contact Experience)
  • Telco or Financial account background is an advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Amenable to work onsite with shifting schedules


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound and/or make outbound calls to assist customers with telco services
  • Handle account inquiries, billing concerns, troubleshooting, and service requests
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely solutions to customer issues
  • Escalate complex cases while maintaining professionalism and compliance
  • Accurately record and update customer interactions in the system
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
