职位描述

  • The Creative Lead will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction of the Digital Marketing unit’s digital campaigns. He/she will work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing and impactful creative assets. His/her role will involve concept development, art direction, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  •      Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns
  •       Art direct and oversee the design and production of marketing materials
  •       Collaborate with the strategy team to ensure creative assets align with brand guidelines
  •       Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices
  •       Provide creative feedback and guidance to graphic artists

职位要求

  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent understanding of design principles and typography
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Ability to lead and inspire a creative team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
