  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Performance-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets


  • Must have proven sales experience (BPO sales background preferred)
  • At least 1 year of BPO experience
  • Preferably with Business Online Directory experience
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to be assigned in Mactan, Cebu
  • Willingness to work in a night shift
