As a Telesales Agent at Nutral Herbal Corporation, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products to customers through telephone interactions. Your responsibilities will include:

·       Initiating calls to customers to introduce and educate them about our products.

·       Consulting with customers to understand their needs and preferences and persuading them to make a purchase based on their requirements.

·       Efficiently managing and organizing customer information in our company system.

·       Providing personalized support and offering preferential programs to retain and enhance customer loyalty.

·       Achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Job Requirements:**

Necessary Skills:

·       Clear and articulate voice, fluency in both Tagalog and English, with excellent communication skills.

·       Strong sales abilities, including the capability to close sales successfully.

·       Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.

·       Understanding of customer psychology to tailor recommendations and advice effectively.

·       Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

·       Minimum education of Senior High School graduates or 2-year college undergraduates.

·       At least 1 year of sales experience, regardless of industry background (e.g., dietary supplements, insurance, travel, real estate, beauty and cosmetics, online business). OR minimum of 6mos experience with any Telesales, BPO or Collection roles is also acceptable.

·       Previous experience in BPO or Telesales is advantageous but not mandatory.

·       Proficiency in English and Tagalog is required; familiarity with Visayan languages is a plus.

·       Can navigate using Google Maps or Waze

·       Typing speed of 30-35 words per minute with 95-98% accuracy.
