The Sr. Chemical Refining Production Planner is responsible for developing effective strategies to increase production efficiency and output. The Production Planner oversees all aspects of the production process and recommend changes as needed. Maintains accurate inventory of items produced, as well as ensure all company and industry standards and regulations are followed. Coordinates production workflow to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay in operations.

Education & Experience

• Graduate of Chemical or Industrial Engineering or its equivalent in experience.
• At least (5) years of chemical and or process manufacturing work experience with at least three (3) years in a Management/Leadership in a manufacturing or technology company located in the Philippines.
• Should have capability to interface with different levels of the organization.
• Experience with working within a multi-national organization is good to have in this position.
