We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Market Analyst to join our Business Development team in the fast-paced and constantly evolving industry. With a strong foundation in economics and market research, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, understanding gamer behavior, analyzing global trends, and supporting the company’s expansion into new markets and platforms

• Conduct deep-dive market and competitive research across the global e-gaming and esports landscape.
• Track industry trends, player engagement metrics, spending behaviors, and emerging platforms (e.g., mobile, cloud gaming, VR/AR).
• Analyze economic and market data to forecast player base growth, monetization potential, and regional opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Content teams to align insights with business strategies.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports that inform stakeholders of market dynamics and performance (Internal & External)
• Contribute to partnership evaluations by providing data-driven insights on strategic fit and market potential.Monitor regulatory changes in the Philippines.
• Market Expansion.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Game Industry Studies, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in market analysis, business development, consulting, or strategic planning.
• Solid understanding of economic modeling, market sizing, and forecasting.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming ecosystems, trends, and monetization models.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills—able to turn complex data into compelling business insights.
• Good presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in gaming / e-commerce / fintech industries.
• Familiarity with the e games in the Philippines.
• Understanding of gamer personas, lifecycle analytics, and market segmentation.
