Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting qualified travel nurse professionals. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring we hire the best candidates for various roles, while also building and nurturing strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective candidates to establish and cultivate relationships.
• Understand candidate needs and match them with job opportunities.
• Qualify candidates based on their skills, experience, and preferences.
• Conduct thorough phone interviews with qualified travel nurse professionals.
• Ask detailed qualifying questions to assess credentials, availability, and suitability for roles.
• Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and current information.
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Develop strategies to expand the talent pool and attract high-quality candidates.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and adaptability in all recruiting activities.

Qualifications:

• With atleast 3-6months Recruiting Experience fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of professionals.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated by achieving results and meeting performance goals.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry requirements and travel nursing specifics is a plus

Work schedule: nightshift EST Timezone

Work setup: 100% Onsite Ayala Avenue Makati City
