Senior Full-Stack Developer / Lead Developer
We are a fast-growing startup building a cutting-edge SaaS platform tailored for small business owners in appointment-driven industries. Our mission is to revolutionize how businesses manage their operations, schedule appointments, and engage with their customers. We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the end-to-end development of our product.

• Lead Development: Own the development process from architecture to deployment, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
• Design and Build: Develop a modern, scalable, and responsive web application (React.js) and backend services (****).
• System Integration: Create robust APIs (REST/GraphQL) to integrate the frontend and backend seamlessly.
• Real-Time Features: Implement real-time updates for scheduling and appointment management using WebSocket or Socket.IO.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the UI/UX designer to translate designs into functional, responsive interfaces.
• Optimization: Ensure high performance and responsiveness for both web and iPad platforms.
• DevOps: Set up CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments, monitoring, and scaling.
• Scalability: Build a platform that can scale to handle thousands of businesses and users.
• Ownership: Contribute to the long-term vision of the product and provide technical leadership.
Must-Have Skills:
• Frontend Development:
• Expert in React.js (with Redux/Zustand/Context API) and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., TailwindCSS, Material-UI, SCSS).
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Backend Development:
• Proficiency in Node.js with frameworks like NestJS or Express.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Familiarity with ORM tools (e.g., Prisma, Sequelize).
• Real-Time Technology:
• Experience with WebSocket or Socket.IO for live updates.
• DevOps & Deployment:
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms.
• Setting up CI/CD pipelines and managing scalable deployments.
• Architecture:
• Strong grasp of design patterns, modular architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Ability to design systems that are both maintainable and scalable.
• Project Management:
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience building SaaS platforms or similar B2B tools.
• Familiarity with Firebase Authentication or similar auth systems.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes).
• Background in building real-time dashboards, analytics, or similar tools.
