POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing - Channel Specialist is responsible for content strategy and execution across all digital platforms, ensuring seamless content integration from internal and external sources. This role oversees content distribution, engagement, and growth on various digital channels, collaborating with vendors for social media and advertising while working closely with the SEO team and Content team to maximize content impact.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Strategy Execution
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy for all digital channels (website, social media, email, app, blogs, etc.).
• Work with the entertainment content team to ensure content integration across marketing platforms.
• Align content plans with SEO best practices, ensuring organic visibility.
• Optimize content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
2. Collaboration with External Internal Teams
• Work closely with SEO, advertising, and entertainment content teams to ensure a unified content approach.
• Manage vendor relationships for social media content creation, video production, and digital assets.
• Ensure social media teams and ad vendors execute campaigns aligned with brand messaging.
• Maintain a content calendar with integrated marketing efforts across different teams.
3. Performance Monitoring Optimization
• Track content engagement, audience growth, and conversion rates across digital channels.
• Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data to measure content effectiveness.
• Continuously optimize content based on performance data and audience behavior.
4. Reporting Insights
• Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on content performance, audience insights, and engagement metrics.
• Identify trends and recommendations for future content improvements.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing, audience engagement strategies, and brand storytelling.
• Experience with Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM platforms.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with multiple teams and vendors.
Background in iGaming, entertainment, or related industries is a plus.
Reporting Meeting Structure:
Weekly: Content performance review, engagement insights, campaign updates.
Monthly: Full analysis of content success, trends, and optimizations.
Yearly: Strategic review and content roadmap planning for upcoming campaigns.
