Qualifications: 

• A college degree with any business-related course is preferred. 
• With experience as Sales Supervisor handling Construction Industry client.
• Good Supervisory skills and ability to work well with people.
• Persuasive and confident communicator.

Job Description:

• Organizes, leads, motivates and evaluates the sales team. 

1. Monitors the total performance of the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales    targets.         
2. Monitors the work for the proper implementation of sales promotional activities, such as promo programs and others.

• Supervises and monitors the overall activities of the sales group like the lists of accounts and regular buying clients.

1.  Arranges and monitors the group’s annual budget and sales targets.

  2.  Defines and limits the activities of the Accounts Executives within the assigned list of accounts and territorial assignment.

 3. Assists the Accounts Executives in sales and marketing activities.

 4. Assigns Account Executives to attend exhibits and other sales activities and submits reports pertinent to these.

• Consolidates marketing intelligence and market analysis data in support of sales projects and promotional campaigns.
• Performs other related duties which may be assigned from time to time.
