Primary Function:

Responsible as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solution, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing clients, working to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

3. Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues.

4. Prepare regular reports on account status and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to present to management and clients.

5. Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.

6. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities and the company’s product/service offering to effectively advise clients.

7. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or any related business courses (master’s degree is an advantage)
  • At least more than 3 years of experience in as Account Manager, Sales Representative or relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to details.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work with a sales target and an expectation of growth.
