Descrição:

  • Develop and expand business for electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers in the Philippine market.
  • Drive sales strategy execution to achieve company targets, ensuring actionable plans translate into measurable results.
  • Create and implement sales plans aligned with organizational objectives, demonstrating strong execution capabilities.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of local EV regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market analysis, gather industry data, and provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aligning with company growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing customer needs and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.


Compensation:

salary + commission + performance bonuses

Requisito

  • College diploma or above, marketing major preferred, with at least one year of sales experience in the electric vehicle and construction industries preferred;
  • Fluent in English and Filipino (both verbal and written communication
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
