1. Assist in unit preparation

2. Maintain cleanliness of the office

3. Maintain cleanliness of gate and guard house area.

4. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the under custody units.

5. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the amenities

6. Assist troubleshoot of Water and Electrical line

7. Assist in repair of units and post occupancy concerns

8. Grass cutting from time to time

9. Assist in survey works in the absence of designated survey aide.
